Culpepper fine after crash, wants out of Miami
Daunte Culpepper was involved in an auto accident last week when his car was struck from behind. Culpepper sustained a minor injury to his left hand.
The injury shouldn't affect Culpepper's practice time because the Dolphins have barred him from practicing with the team while trying to make a trade deal for the former starting QB. Culpepper, however, wants to be released outright so that his new team wouldn't take on the burden of his contract, which he refuses to restructure. The two parties are scheduled to present their cases in front of an arbitrator on June 29.

Isn't it amazing that a team will do everything they can to get a player and then the next year not want anything to do with him? Culpepper was never an excellent quarterback but he was good when he had Randy Moss to throw to. He came back way to early from his injury. Whoever gets him probably won't be happy with him either.
