Dolphins select Wright in supplemental draft

The Dolphins picked up USC defensive tackle Manuel Wright in the fifth round of the supplemental draft, thereby forfeiting their fifth round pick in the 2006 draft. Wright could fill a void on the team after Tim Bowens retired and Larry Chester still recovering from injury. Expected to be taken in the second or third round, Wright slipped to the Dolphins after a poor workout last week.
